UP PCS Pre-Exam Begins! Women's Earrings and Rings Removed, Rigorous Screening Using Retinal Scanning

 

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) PCS Pre-Exam has officially begun with strict security measures to ensure a fair and transparent process. According to reports by RD News Network, authorities implemented enhanced screening procedures, including retinal scanning to verify candidate identities and prevent impersonation. Female candidates were asked to remove earrings, rings, and metallic accessories before entering the examination hall to avoid any malpractice or use of hidden devices. This year’s PCS Preliminary exam witnessed tight vigilance across centers, with CCTV monitoring and biometric checks in place. Officials stated that these rigorous protocols aim to maintain the integrity of one of the state’s most prestigious exams. Candidates appreciated the smooth yet secure conduct of the test despite the heightened scrutiny.
