Disgruntled workers gathered in protest, raising concerns over the sudden job cuts and lack of proper notice. The Karnataka State IT/ITeS Employees Union (KITU) has stepped in, demanding strict government intervention and immediate reinstatement of affected employees. Union leaders have accused TCS of unfair labor practices and urged authorities to investigate the layoffs thoroughly. Meanwhile, TCS has not issued an official statement addressing the allegations.
